What We Collect, And What We Do Not
What this site collects
Last updated: September 14, 2026.
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the address or city where the work is, the service you need, and anything else you choose to tell us. The careers form also asks for your work history and license details.
We use it to contact you about the job or the application you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the company for their own marketing.
We also collect the ordinary things any website receives when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, roughly where in the world you are, which browser you use, which page you came from, and which pages you looked at.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and third-party tracking. Here is all of it.
Google Analytics and Google Ads. We run Google Analytics 4 through the Google Site Kit plugin, and our Google Ads account is linked to it. It sets cookies, records which pages you visit and how you got here, and tells us which ads lead to real inquiries. It is how we decide where to spend our advertising budget.
Call tracking. We use WhatConverts. It sets a cookie and it may show you a different phone number depending on how you reached the site, so that when you call we know which ad, search or page sent you. It records the number you called from, the time, and how long the call lasted.
Form spam protection. Every form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets a cookie and checks your browser is not a bot before the form will send.
Cloudflare. The site is served through Cloudflare, which sees your IP address and sets a cookie for security and performance.
Pages that show a video load its thumbnail from YouTube, so Google receives a request from your browser for that image.
Fonts are served from this site, not from Google Fonts.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, Google and Nextdoor are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that company’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Phone calls and messages
If you call, we keep the number so we can call you back and so the technician knows who they are visiting. As above, our call tracking system records the number, the time, the length of the call and how you found us.
Calls are recorded. Calls to the numbers on this site are recorded, and you will hear an announcement saying so at the start of the call, before you speak to anyone. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and use the estimate form instead and we will pick it up from there. Recordings are held by our call tracking provider. We use them to check that people are getting the right answers and to confirm which jobs came from where.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to it, we may text you about your job. Message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to stop, and the full messaging terms are in our Terms of Service. We do not share your number with anyone for their marketing, and we do not use it for marketing text messages unless you asked for those.
Job records are kept as business records in the normal way.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (858) 326-2860 or using the contact page.
California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask what we collect, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop sharing it for advertising. Linking Google Analytics to Google Ads counts as sharing for advertising under California law, so if you want that stopped, call or write and we will stop it for you. We will not treat you any differently for asking.
You can also stop Google Analytics yourself for every site, not just this one, with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by turning off cookies in your browser.
If you would rather not submit anything online, call instead. Nothing on this site requires a form.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes with it.
