What we did, from the work order
Ran diagnostics and found the positive air filter clogged and the air vent pressure switch not actuating. Opened the access panel and cleared debris out of the filter, disconnected the vent piping and vacuumed debris off the top of the bundle, then reinstalled the filter panel and vent piping. Fired the boiler and let it finish a full cycle, started the recirculating pump, and called for heat again. Tested good, with no other faults found.
Swapping a boiler because it will not light is an expensive guess. Diagnostics first meant the fix here was a cleaned filter, a vacuumed heat exchanger and a full test cycle, not a new unit.
