What we did, from the work order
Performed electronic leak detection and found the leak source under the concrete slab between the stairs and the southeast exterior corner wall of unit 103. A half-inch recirculating copper line, approximately twelve inches under the concrete slab. Repairs were made by saw cutting and jackhammering the concrete slab to reach it.
Knowing it was a half-inch recirculating line twelve inches down before breaking any concrete is the difference between one cut and several.
